The structure of information technology is an internal organization, representing the relationship of its constituent components. To my mind, the next trait of information technology is an interaction with the environment. Well, perhaps the most important feature of information technology is developing over time. I think it is possible to allocate a global, specific and basic information technology. Global information technology includes methods and tools for models that formalize and enable the use of information resources of the society. Basic information technology is designed for specific applications. Specific information technology implements data processing for the solution of functional user’s problems. Like all technologies, information technologies are in constant development and improvement. This is facilitated by the emergence of new technologies. |
